Hello, Some post bacs require the GRE, while others require the MCATs. Should I take both? Also, what is the normal application time frame for post bacs?

Depends if you mean SMPs or career changers. Career changers will give you the prereqs, then you take the MCATs. SMPs are often, I believe, for those who have taken the MCATs and would like to improve their overall record.
