Tetanus Booster?

So apparently my school required me to get a tetanus shot that has to be done within the past 6 years. I know I got the shot as per the Ontario vaccine schedule, but I'm almost positive that I have never gotten a booster. Does anyone know how long it takes for the booster to appear on a titer test?
