is a tetrad at prophase I considered one chromosomes with 4 chromotids??

it is a homologus pair of chromosomes

each chromosome is made up of sister chromatids which = 1 chromosome each.

tetrad = 2 chromosomes and each chromosome is made up of two chromatids..hence 2 chromosomes and 4 chromatids..and yes this happens in meiotic Prophase 1
