Texas A&M- repeated coursework?

Hi-

I have searched for the answer to this to no avail, but I apologize if there is a similar thread out there somewhere.

Does anyone know if A&M averages repeated coursework or if the higher grade replaces the original grade?

If it's an average, do they directly average both grades to calculate your GPA or are both grades included in the overall GPA (if that makes any sense)?

A&M averages their grades. I'm pretty sure that both grades are included in your overall GPA so they average out, but I'm not 100% sure.
