Aw jeez not to make it about race, and the leader was herself Black, but if there is a disproportionate number of folks if not just indigent but also POC, this is just awful in terms of post-Tuskegee trust in these communities.

Some part of me feels like if you lost that much connection with a relative for YEARS you didn't catch on they died, then how upset can you really be. That's not fair as obviously life is more complicated than that, and consent and rights are of utmost importance.

Also hard to understand, they talk about lack of oversight. It's hard to fathom this being so difficult it leads to something like this.
