Hi,
I'm a pharmacist in another state and need to get my license in Texas. What materials did you guys use to study?

Hi I just transferred from another state too and used Cacciatore book (latest edition 2014) and his 59 pgs review (2010), and pass the texas pharmacy law exam from sarah fichuk. Let me know if you need any of these books because I'm selling them! I also have the guide to federal pharmacy law.

Hi, I would be interested in purchasing the Cacciatore 2014 edition. Please let me know if you are still selling. [email protected]

Does anybody find it odd that Sarah Fichuk cannot be found on the BPS website? Anybody can search for BCPS status of any pharmacist here: http://www.bpsweb.org/resources/find_bcp.cfm.

I know she is now a medical student and she may have decided not to recertify. But BCPS recertification is every 7 years. She graduated pharmacy school in 2007 and completed two years of residency. Even if she took it at the earliest time, it would be Fall of 2008 (since you need at least one year of residency to qualify to sit for the exam) and once you pass, your status starts the next calendar year 2009 and would be certified until 2016 and complete the CE requirements or retest....

Either way, since BCPS has nothing to do with your ability to write a book on pharmacy law, I have decided to try her book and will follow up.
