Do most texas schools offer in-state tuition if TMDSAS qualifies you as a Texas resident even if you did your undergrad out of state? I had a full scholarship that took me out of state. Any help would be appreciated

THere's some rules to it, you can check the TMDSAS site for details, but in short, if you went to HS in TX and your parents still live there while you were in college, you should be fine.

if TMDSAS considers you a resident, then you'll be offered in-state tuition. I went out of state for college to, I had no problem being considered in-state.
