for sure Baylor does. No idea about Houston.

Depends on if you applied through AADSAS or TMDSAS. Get on each school's website to find out. I know Baylor tells you one secondary for AADSAS and another for TMDSAS applicants (Instate or out-o-state).

Baylor: For non-TX residents, you have to fill out their own primary (yes, primary) AND secondary applications which can be found on their website. I have yet to finish their primary application as I am still working on one last question about myself.

For other TX schools: no clue.
