I was wondering if anyone knew how hard it would be for me to match back into Texas for IM residency given I went to med school out of state in Florida for Internal Medicine? I lived in TX most of my life, and still use it as my permanent address as all my family is there @GoSpursGo

You can apply to IM programs in any state you want

Should be fine. If you're geographically restricted, of course you need to be willing to consider less academic programs as well.
