Actually I participated this last year when it was just only a post-bac program. I really enjoyed the program very much. It was hard at times, but nothing really to bad, just be ready to study alot. ANd the places i interviewed at really liked the program alot. I mean come on, not many premeds can say they actually took medical school classes such as gross anatomy. I think this program was one of main reasons i matched where i did (UTSW). I think it is a great prep for med school, esp. if you plan to stay at TCOM, where you'll take almost the exact same classes over again, and in some cases, the exact classes. MOst former postbacs at TCOM are on the top 15% of there classes. Well good luck, and I hope you get accepted..
