It doesn't seem like its full for some reason. I've cleaned it out though. Try now.
 
There is a drop down menu where you can change from looking at 10 days worth of PMs all the way up to all of your PMs ("from the beginning"). There are probably some old ones that you just aren't seeing on the default setting. Same goes for your sent folder.
 
Yeah I didn't realize sent mail accumulates, thanks for the tip!
