Text/Review Books for ER Rotation

Will be starting my ER rotation soon and wanted to know of any suggestions of a good text for the one month rotation...

Interested in ER so probably will pick up Tinntinelli's (sp?), but need something concise for the month and SHELF exam. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
