I got a prematch offer. I applied to 80 IM programs and got two interviews and both programs offered me a pre match. I still can't believe it. I was depressed, I had barely passed step I and II, and I guess personality really does matters. I interviewed with those who had 90s, and thought I would never make it with two interviews; little did I know that if they like your personality and if you show interest, they will consider you.
For those of you who supported me, and encouraged me to have high hopes, I thank you all.

Pre-Match is only legal for IMGs.

pre match is an offer of a job without going through the match.
not all programs do this. in fact, it seems that a minority of programs offer anything via pre match.
IMG's, DO's, and anybody else that is not a US allopathic senior can pre-match.
