hello,

i was wondering if you all sent thank you letters/emails after an interview, and if so, how much later do you do it? is it really necessary? i just interviewed at asdoh (great experience btw) and the admissions lady (joyce) said to NOT email her with questions etc. because she was so flooded by them already. should i still send a thank you letter? thanks!

Don't email a thank you EVER in a situation like this where it is professional. Definitely 100% type up a letter on your computer and send it by mail to each of your interviewers, the person who arranged for you to come from adcoms and the coordinator of the interview. That is what I did.

I concur. Always send thank you letters by snail mail. Send them to everybody that helped/interviewed you during your visit.
