The 4-Day Question

Okay everyone .... I only have 4 more days until the big exam at 10a.m. on Saturday morning (7/23). My question to everyone would be: Am I better off taking the TopScores tests this week -OR- should I continue studying my notes, including re-reading Kaplans AP Bio Review.

I work full time in real estate in Houston & don't get to start studying until around 6p.m. when I get home. And then, I'm helping my wife take care of our 6-month old baby girl.

Needless to say, I need to make these last 4 days count. I feel comfortable on most everything, just want to finish strong.

Your suggestions are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

I would suggests you continue to study your notes instead wasting 4 hours taking the topscore, but you should at least take one topscore exam to get used to the exam environment. Good luck

That's what I was kind of leaning towards. I took the three Kaplan tests this past Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

I was thinking about taking a practice test on Wednesday or Thursday and then cramming the other days.

Yes this is exactly my situation (except mine is @ 11am). I have taken one topscore test and did average on it. I'm planning on studying today, taking a topscore tomorrow, and last one thursday with studying in between. Gotta work all day friday (sucks). Do you guys suggest a final skim through kaplan bb between now and saturday?

when i had 4 days left, i took practice tests the first 2 days then reviewd them. on the third day i looked over some stuff, studied for about 2 hrs, and on the 4th day i didnt study at all. dont stress out too much. good luck

When I took the DAT I took a Topscore test each day for the 3-4 days leading up to my test. In retrospect I would only use the tests for sections like math and PAT where practice can only help you. For the rest I would really just study your notes. Best of luck!
