Maybe, but it's always MCAT season. I'm surprised that the prices sky rocketed just in the last month or two. There are threads here where people are paying more for used BR books than they cost new from the company. Bidding wars for used books is crazy.

If you bought new ones two or three months ago, before the price increase, you could have gotten them for $50/set plus shipping. Those same books are selling used for $60 a set or more. So you can study for the MCAT and make a profit on the books. It beats the stock market.
