Not sure if this has already been posted or if you guys have already seen it but I thought it was worth sharing:



Video from EMRA about the evolution of EM. I found it to be interesting and inspiring. Made me even more excited about a future in EM! It really is an amazing field.

One hour? I can't watch. Too long. Please post your Cliff's Notes summary. The first 30 seconds seemed like a typical medical school/residency recruitment and promotional ad.

I would post a summary but not quite sure what to include. Just some people discussing how EM wasn't a "thing" but it gradually became accepted. Physicians talking about their experiences and how they got involved with EM from other specialties. How interns used to run the literal emergency "room".

Maybe somebody else can do a better job..
