The exact questions and format of AADSAS

Hello,
I'm a prospective pre-dent and I just wanted to know the format of AADSAS.
Also, the specific questions and essay prompt, especially for the mini-essays concerning extracurriculars and experiences, would help immensely.
Does anyone have screenshots of AADSAS pages or know the phrases exactly?

Format is fill-in-the-blank and yes/no. I highly doubt people are going to type out and send you every question on the AADSAS. And we can't send your our AADSAS receipts because it has a lot of sensitive information.

Just wait until the cycle opens in June and copy it into Microsoft Word. You don't have to submit in the first hour or day to be considered early. Any time in June is pretty much early.

But if you want a heads up. Make sure your PS (it asks "Why Dentistry") is ready to go and have the mm/dd/yy and hours of all ECs/internships/work. Then there's maybe 5-10 questions that require 1-5 sentences at most. The secondaries are where you have to sometimes write another 1000-2000 character response to random questions.

Do you guys know if I can begin requesting transcripts to be sent to AADSAS now? Or do I have to wait until June 1 to get a particular form filled out and sent to my school??

Nope... gotta wait till AADSAS opens so you can get a transcript-matching form to go along each transcript
