Research has shown that many patients are resistant to telehealth as they can't be assured their doctor doesn't have an erection. Why is seeing the fact that the doctor is, infact, wearing pants necessary for patients in the tele-health setting? What is the advantage of this over standard video visits? How can body language not be portrayed in a traditional, waist up tele-health?
They're "beaming doctors out" now. Which will be quite meta for us in rad onc.

Research has also shown men are more persuadable with an erection. Would be 0% surprised to see organizations going with attractive holograms. A good marketer with minimal ethics will think of just about everything.Research has shown that many patients are resistant to telehealth as they can't be assured their doctor doesn't have an erection.
What (good) rad onc is doing prostate exams anyways 😉View attachment 400258
