Is there something wrong with it that I'm not able to fix. I found two Neurosurgeons around my area that I wanted to get in contact with. And although it is very unlikely that they will even reply, I said "What the hell..." and decided to request them as my mentors. However, after I've typed in my message and clicked the "request" button, I get this error:

I don't know who else I can ask this about, and it has been bothering me for several days now. I was able to shadow a cardiologist through the use of this website, so why is it that it's not working now? Does anyone have an idea?

Also clear your browser's cache, cookies and temp files and try accessing iLearn again.

Also I just tried to search for a mentor using iLearn and it worked for me. I think clearing your browser history(cache, cookies and temp files) will fix the issue.

Well, resetting my browser (which pretty much clears my browser cache, cookies, temp files, and then some) didn't do anything at all. I'll try the first link you posted and see how that goes I guess.
