Everyone knew it already. In every profession, the most errors are made by the newbies on their first go at it. Medicine isnt any different.
The good new is there are many checks to make sure that a new intern is not working without some level of supervision and this limits the effects of what mistakes are made.

Yeah I was aware that I posted it in both the Allo and Osteo forums.. just figured it was a topic that's relevant to both and wasn't quite sure how to get exposure to both groups.

Eh, it was posted in both the Allo and Osteo forums.. not this one. The mods moved the allo thread (this one) to here. I was unaware of the one posted here because I hardly ever look through this section. Either way, this one can be locked or deleted or whatever.
