This topic has been touched on briefly in a few different threads, so I thought I would start a new thread to keep all of the responses in one place. For those of you who have taken Step 1, which NBME was most representative of your actual exam in terms of level of difficulty and score?

Also, what trends did you notice if you took multiple NBME's, suggestions for the order in which you would have taken them if you could do it again, or any other info for those of us with only a few weeks remaining and trying to determine which NBME's we should do if we don't have time (or the desire) to do all 6. Thanks!

nbme 1 and 2 were the easiest imo.
2's qs were very very short stem compared to 3 and 4. and 4's qs stem was the longest, while 3 had a good mix. in terms of being similar, its probably somewhere along between 3 and 4 combined. for sure not 1 and 2 for me.
