I figured since there is a under 3.0 club, there should be a No Interview club. I am unfortunately a member, whats odd is that I have a very good GPA/DAT, and people with worst stats have recieved interviews at schools I have applied. If your a member, please admit it, it makes us with no interview invites feel a little better.

This is October, people.
It is still very early. Dont be discourage yet.
The only thing we could do is prepare ourselves to shine in the interview and get the most of it.

well, I know UT-Houston already interviewed around 200 for its 65 seats class. So, go figure.🙁 🙁

I applied in early August. Schools recieved my application more than 4 weeks ago!

well depend on which school you applied to.

ex. Nova, I turned in my application first week of July, and my interviewed was set up for Dec. 5. I know they are interviewing 2 days/ week and 2 groups on each day ~~~ mean lots of people before me.

Cheer up! Last year, my interview at Tufts was in Feb, and I still got in (although a year late). So dont worry about not having any invites yet, there is still lots of time.

hey abu...you're stats are not posted....what are your stats? Maybe that is the reason why you havent heard anything.

we here at temple have already recieved 2000+ applications for next year...way more than last year...if this trend continues, the number of applicants will have doubled over last year...

well, strange that you didnt receive any secondaries.
UCLA hasnt sent out interview invites yet.
UCSF just started interview last week.
I have not heard anything from UOP (still waiting for my LOR)
And USC just received my money. And it has stopped sending me info. Nothing about the three stages of application process.

don't sweat it abu, i know that ucsf, uop and usc JUST started to interview. and these would probably be for the people who had applied really early. if you applied a little later, i'm sure your interview invitation will be in the mail/email/phone shortly.

it's still early in the game to count yourself out.. =)

I'm in...

Sent my app late Aug.
Schools recieved it early Oct.
My application is still being completed (LOR's)....


Savvy: So I guess they send out rejection letters, now? If you don't mind me asking, what schools did you hear from, because I believe your DAT scores are higher than mine... Thanks

I got rejected from Tufts which I was fine with because I heard they were difficult to get an interview with.

Last week, I got one from Case Western. That one hurt, as well as scares me.

If my next letter is a rejection and not an invite, then I'll panic.
