I am taking 4 major science classes this semester and they are pretty tough to keep up.

Today, I happened to see the curriculum of a couple of pharmacy school and realized that you would take 6~7 classes per semester/quarter. How do you study for everything? Is the final usually comprehensive? I guess I soon see myself studying like crazy.

I took 5 science classes with labs in undergrad. Pharmacy school took up even more of my time. You just dig deep inside, suck it up, and study. It will become second nature to you.

At Butler we are taking 6 classes this semester. Right now I am taking Clinical Assessment for Pharmacsits with a lab, Pharmaceutical Care 2 with recitation and lab, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology with recitation, Principles of Drug Action with a lab, Intro to Drug Information, and Delivery of Healthcare. Six classes is about average, some times you may take five.

Six classes is a lot in Pharmacy School, yes, but there are two key points to remember.

First, although studying will become second nature to you, the classes will be more specific to pharmacy rather than general as in undergrad. Also, since you got into Pharmacy School, you realize that it is for "all of the marbles", so you will understand the implications better.

Second, in undergrad school, all you know is that you have to get a good grade in Class XYZ because you know who you are competing against. Once you in Pharmacy School though, you no longer have this competition. All you have to do is maintain the minimum set forth average (usually a C) set forth by the school. Your motivation should not be to just get C's, but being that you will have so many different classes at once, you can tell yourself that you can afford Class A to be a "C" as long as you are doing better in Class B and Class C. Simply put, you can choose your battles, whereas in undergrad, every class is extremely important not to mess up.

Pharmacy students, do you agree with this?

I agree completely. I had 8 classes last semester and was majorly stressed, but all that mattered was to get my "C" or better. We are no longer in competition with each other to get into pharmacy school. Everyone just wants to get done with school.

some schools requires a B average in every class. I think Western is one of them

And at USC we have to attain a 3.0 to graduate - so its more like get lots of A's and B's if you're planning on getting a C every once in a while.
