I emailed Ms. Pledger last week (1/8) and she said, "Our deadline for the first round of offers is not until next week. After that we will determine if we have any open positions for non-Texas residents and will send out offers hopefully by the end of January. "

Where are you guys planning to live? We're looking at the Marquis on Gaston, at least for the first year, since it's so close to the school and has decent reviews.

According to the baylor 2020 FB page Marquis on Gaston isn't a very safe place.Multiple students have had their apartments broken into.

Thanks for the feedback. Any safe areas where the school is close by? I've committed to Baylor and looking to find an apartment where I won't have to make a long commute.

I'm currently looking at Lakewood Flats, Gables on Katy Trail, and Gables Phoenix at Midtown. Yeah the area right by the school is kinda sketch. I heard that Knox-Henderson and Uptown are safe areas though.
