there's lots of posts for each specialty about the "top programs." usually, they are huge names (for a reason) and research oriented. other than the top 15 programs or so that are often mentioned (you know, ucsf, mgh, etc.), what are some completely solid residency programs that produce great clinicians?
to be more specific, i'm less interested in being a nationally recognized researcher in neuro at a fancy university, but i DO want to be exposed to plenty of "zebra" cases and become an outstanding clinician.
