Anyone else think the Panel on top that reads "Articles | Communities| Forums| Databases| Publications|Partners| etc..." is slightly annoying...?

They have good info, but each time i hover my mouse over it accidently, it keeps popping up the drop-down menu...and its annoying cuz it doesnt go away when you try and select a thread further down the page.

Anyone know what im talking about...and is there a way to fix this? 🙄

dear admins...is there a way to stop the popping up due to mouse-hovering?
