Ok, so i'm kinda confused about what you're allowed to do at the testing center.


1)Am I allowed to put my fingers on the screen for the angle ranking section?


2)Am I allowed actually use a piece of paper for the paper folding?

Yes and yes. Putting your fingers to the screen probably won't help though. Your best bet is to get good at angle ranking by practicing hard angles (BArron's, ADA sample test). As for folding paper. It works good. I used a square piece for the hole punching and it saved me on at least 2. But I wouldn't depend on it too much. It is pretty cumbersome to stop and fold paper. The PAT is very manageable if you practice using the proper resources.
