Hello! Just one week until I take my exam and I am using Bootcamp to simulate the real test this week. My downfall seems to be with the statement/reason type questions in bootcamps reading comprehension. Do these question get asked on the DAT as often as bootcamp uses them? It seems like they have at least 4-5 practice exam and considering I have never seen these before in my other reading comp practice.

It varies from version to version.
I just retook my DAT yesterday and RC was definitely a lot more doable compared to last year's first attempt.
English is my second language and I did fine this time.
I wouldn't risk with exclusive S&D.
My RC last year was literally much more harder than bootcamp

Excellent advice! Reading has been giving students a hard time lately...It is important to prepare using various strategies for the reading, it is a dangerous game to rely on S & D technique only.

I'm sure it varies, but I took mine yesterday and didn't have any questions like that.

Thanks everyone. I have a strategy down that seems to be working. I'm not using search and destroy. That one type of question kept coming up a lot though and I didn't know if that statement (true/false) and reason (connected, true, or false) type of question was a bootcamp think or a general DAT thing.
