I am looking for some honest feedback about UMKC and Creighton. I am having a really hard time deciding which school I should attend. I have heard some rumors about both, but want to hear what the cons are. I already know the benefit of Creighton not having any specialty programs. Do you think that that will make a big difference to my clinical experience during school?

Both are good schools. Both are priced as private schools. One is located in the middle of KC, the other in the middle of Omaha. Clinical experience is similar in d-school. If you want to specialize you have four years to cozy up to the specialty program professors at UMKC, or work for the school after you graduate to get an angle on a specialty program. At Creighton you will not have this ability. Fior general dentistry I would suggest that they are both good schools.
