I will do either of the following:
1) Take the August MCAT. 🙁 If I feel that I did really well on it (based on practice exams right before the test), then I may even apply for 2003 admission. Or I might just apply the year after, so eveything is nice and early. 😀 Then I'll become a certified perosnal trainer and aerobics instructor so I'll make mad loot(70 dollars an hour I heard, but we'll see), stay in shape, and help other people become more healthy. I'll also volunteer in the migrant clinic that I worked at last summer, for about 10 hours a week. I'll live at home to save money in sunny FL 😎
2) Take the MCAT next April and apply for 2004 admission. I'll do the other stuff listed above too.
My gpa will be a 3.7 when I graduate, so I'm not too worried about that. My mcats were a 27 (9,9,9,), so all I ask for is a 30 and then I think I'll have a good chance.
I also might take a scince class at a community college just for fun to prepare for med school and keep my brain in shape...maybe anatomy or human phys or biochem.
What do you guys think about the personal trainer thing? I think it's fairly difficult to become certified, but of course doable. How will adcoms view that job? 😕
Oh yeah and I also will get CPR certified just for fun.
Ooh I just had another idea....I'll become an EMT!!!!! Yep, that's it! I'll still teach aerobics though
Ok I'm sure anyone reading this can tell that I'm up too late. Buenas noches!
<-- that's me
