What's is the point of a post bacc if your grade is going to be averaged
So let's say someone failed 3 courses and retake them in a postbacc. Even if they get an A then that won't do much since the average will now be a C.

Do med schools at least see the post back grades separately and how do the post back academic complete help the app

It's to prove you now is different than you past. Getting a 3.0 5 years ago is less of a big deal if you get a 4.0 for a year now even if it only ends up averaging to 3.25.

PB grades are separated in the app.

That's not the point. It's about showing the you of now is not the you of then. Retaking just three failed classes and aceing them is all good, but that alone won't get your performance to be competitive, unless, say, you've aced everything in your junior and senior years.
