Clinical Pattern Recognition-- The full app costs $20 I think, but you can get the "Lite" version for free.
Quizlet is helpful, you can make flashcards and then whenever you have a free few minutes, pull out your phone and study. Great for when you're on the train, in the waiting room, etc.
