Third/Fourth Year Grades

How much do these matter? My Step I and Step II to are both in the 235+ range, but I only got "pass" in the big rotations such as medicine, surgery, and ob/gyn. Otherwise a few high passes and all high passes as a fourth year.

Yeah Vent...I'm going for gas. I like it a lot, actually, and didn't discover it until late in my fourth year. I'm not sure if I'm going to re-apply for OPH now...most likely not.

Geddy, I have friends last year with similar clinical grades & lower board scores than you and they did very well matching in gas. 2 are in top programs in NYC and 1 is in a top program in Boston. Good luck to you.
