In order to maintain a 70% passing grade in my classes I need to average about 55% for the remainder of all my classes. Unfortunately, we're ranked and I have a narcisstic desire for a few H's on my transcript.. rats.

At least you don't mind bragging. I found your post very uplifting during my study break.

Hmm... in my world... anything over the above required passing percentage is "bonus points" that way i don't feel depressed by my grades, i just look and think, wow! ten bonus points!! Yay!! Yes, its kind of pathetic, but I also still have a life.... What can you do? Im just not nerdy enough...

Good luck Felipe! (This is G, Jaydoc wannabe).

We have 2 exams first semester, and 5 or 6 next semester. The first exam is already gone, and I hope I'll get an A. It was pretty fun, actually. Med school isn't half as bad as people make it out to be imo.

Yes, pretty straight-forward. But then again, neuro-related stuff was a special interest of mine as an undergrad. I FEAR next section though, upper limbs + abdomen.

The brachial plexus is a riot, let me tell you.

I do think head and neck is worse though....🙁

2 exams in the entire semester? I had somewhere around 20 exams my first semester and 30 exams in 13 weeks of 2nd semester (not counting the 9 finals).

Lord, head and neck was a friggin mad house by the time we were done with it. the head starts out looking like a head, but by the end of head and neck it looks like a weird sort of clam..

im on pelvis and abdomen right now... wish me luck guys.. im pluggin away

for our 2nd year pathophys blocks the final is all we get our grade from. its stressful, I tell ya. We're on CV now and there's so much material, all taught haphazardly.

I thought pelvis and peroneum was the most difficult, especially to visualize three dimensionally.
