The course description on your transcript will most likely denote whether there is a lab component. Furthermore, the credit number will likely be 4 vs 3 for a integrated lab course.

The combined course should be four credits. Plus, the AMCAS instructions specifically state that when you are filling out the coursework part of the app you should list such courses as "Biology I with Lab" so it is clear.
