Has anyone heard back from Thomas Jefferson for Fall DPT? and whether or not they give interviews ive been hearing mixed things?
 
I received an email from them with a pdf file stating that I was on the waitlist. It said nothing about an interview. I have read that some have received interviews already. I am thinking that I am probably further down on the waitlist and if I receive a chance, I will then be contacted in regard to an interview. I am not sure though. I received the email from TJU this past Thursday.
 
Ditto. Not a peep. Keep expecting the rejection letter and not sure why it hasn't come yet....
 
I talked to Donald Sharples director of admissions yesterday and said that I would know of my decision today through an email which doesnt sound to promising. So ill hope for the best and keep you posted!

I am waitlisted too. Pretty much the same as a rejection for me since I don't have til September to wait🙁 Seems like all they are doing is waitlisting!
 
Also wait listed. Luckily I have other acceptances as options. I will be taking my name off the waitlist so that hopefully helps someone on the list. Good luck everyone
 
how did you all hear about it? I still didn't hear a thing! I am wondering maybe if its through snail mail so might not have heard in time, but if it's email then..idk what to make of it!

Hey dimsim....I still haven't heard a word either! Which makes me think its rejection thru snail mail 🙁

was on the waitlist.. but now i have an interview next week so hopefully that means theres a spot🙂!!!
 
Congrats on interview! Did they email you? Do you mind posting your stats?

I believe the class is around 40.
 
I dont know how big the class is. I heard through email.

STATS
GPA:3.59
PT prereq GPA: 3.29
GRE (very low): 145 Verbal, 148 Quant. 4.5 Analytical
I work as a PT aide in 2 outpatient clinics. so pretty much 400+hrs in outpatient and aquatic therapy, 80 hrs of observation at another outpatient clinic, and 40hrs inpatient/pediatric.
 
I applied on 04/14/2012 to the physical therapy program at Thomas Jefferson University; and I am wondering if I have a chance to be called for an interview.?????
