Stroke heavy clinical exposure, volume is more or less Goldilocks (you'll see what you need to see without drowning). Very good clinical teaching, research opportunities vary a lot by field, some divisions have multiple funded researchers to work with, others are clinical only. Not very front loaded. Culture is laid back and welcoming.
