Thoughts/advice on my current list? (3.5 cGPA, 3.56 sGPA, 517 MCAT)

Hi all!
I could use some help reviewing my school list and making sure I’m covering all my bases. Keep in mind that I’m also applying to a few DO schools (DMU, ATSU-KCOM, PCOM).

Brief Stats Overview:

1. cGPA: 3.50, sGPA: 3.56 (upward trend - 3.0 first year, followed by averaging a 3.7ish)
2. MCAT: 517 (129/131/126/131)
3. FL Resident
4. White
5. Strong OOS LAC - Chemistry Major

6) 300 hours as a volunteer CNA in under-served area in LA (I’m pretty clear about wanting to continue to work with disadvantaged groups)
7) About 1k hours of research (between two labs, no pubs, presented at small local conferences)
8) 60 hours of shadowing emergency physician
9) 500 hours non-clinical volunteering (population health group)
10) 4-year varsity athlete (prob like 2500 hours, captain & awards for qualities like most work ethic and most improved)

I’ve admittedly got a large MD list because I have no idea where I fit and I’m worried my lower GPA will shut the door for a lot of them. So with that mind here it is.

Thank you! I've also applied to FAU, I'm not sure why it isn't on this list. Are any of these not worth filling out for secondaries/are there ones I should be prioritizing?

SUNY Downstate and Central Michigan accept few non residents with no connection to the state. U Michigan and Keck are reaches with your GPA.

May I ask why Mayo and BU - aren’t their stats prohibitively high? Also would Tulane be too late to add if my Casper won’t be verified for another couple weeks?

Both schools reward reinvention.
