Hi everyone, I'm having trouble sorting out which lender to use. Does anyone have thoughts on

citibank
THE loan program
Key
Access Group
Medloans?

I just don't know enough about the rates, capitalization, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

THE and Access are nice because there are zero origination/guarantee fees...
