This is based on PM I got and I though I'd share with others too. My list was based mostly on location, and I also really wanted a university setting for several different reasons. These are only my impressions!!! And let me say that you could come out of any of these programs with great training. In RANDOM order:

Utah: awesome location, especially if you're into the outdoors. Less OB than I expected, and the community hospital they worked out of was eerily quiet on my day there.

UW: Great city, great program, a lot of opportunity to work with leaders in the field of FM.

Sutter Sacto: loved it (there went my "academic bent". Super nice people, good primary care training, and I got the sense that all the attendings, no matter what the specialty really liked and respected the FM residents. Fairly cish schedule after intern year.

OHSU: Beautiful , university/academia, full spectrum training. Looks intense but I like that. Great faculty and each of the continuity clinic have very distince personalities. Portland was much more traffic-y than I expected.

UC Davis: wanted to like it but no go. can't put my finger on why. PD and coordinator are super nice, but I just got cold pricklies everywhere else. I was also tired that day...and I just though the residents just didn't look excited. The program has lots of potential but I've talked to a few other people with the same impressions.

martinez: LIked it. VERY full spectrum, you'll have the opportunity to do a lot of surgery if that's your bag. Serves a needy population. I felt like i'd come out of that program very well prepared for any kind of practice. Also has a reasonable call schedule.

Santa Rosa: loved it loved it loved it. perfect curriculum (in my mind), really warm people, beautiful location. Just got that gut fabulous feeling on interview day.

UCSF: A lot of opportunity to get involved with public heath (exciting in a city that's trying to explore universal healthcare), a very needy population, and lots of cultural and language diversity within the patient population. The residents seemed really passionate about their work and also seemed like a sharp bunch of people. nice too.

Jefferson: A really great program, well respected within in the university at large, really high-calibur residents and a faculty that is just amazing.

UNC: Another superstrong university program, lots of OB with midwives as teaches as well (a good thing). didn't get much contact with the residents (only 2 were at dinner), but the work load there doesn't seem to taper off as much as other programs in the third year. UNC med center has computerized orgering in hospital and a great system-wide EMR. really liked PD, and sat in on clinic precepting which seemed to be fine.
