Three days left, what to do?

Ok so I went through FA once, completed 84% of UW... now I have three days left.

I can:
1) finish UWorld,
2) Skim through FA once more, or
3) Go through USMLE Secrets once

My UW score average is ~60, the last 5 blocks averaged at 65%.. I really want to make the most efficient use of the last few days. I'm also pondering doing an NBME exam because I have no idea how it compares to UW. I'm hoping for a ~240, but it seems almost impossible at this point given that 50% is consider passible for UW. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would at least read secrets from cover to cover. And maybe finish off UW?

Skimming through FA at this point is probably your best bet. Get as many
key points as possible. But, if you are unsure of yourself you can always cancel the exam and take it a week or two later. Hard choice. Good luck in any case!!!

Read secrets cover to cover. In my experience, UWorld and Secrets work extremely well together.

Secrets. Perfect time to read it. I wish i had read it right before the test cuz alot of the answers to the questions were in Secrets. I read it in the beginning however. also keep doing world questions if you can. read only the ones you get wrong to save you some time. Good Luck!

Thanks everyone, I actually speed through Secrets in 1.5 days... I should of read it earlier... but I feel like UW just went through secrets asking very similar concepts..

Anyway 1 day left, will go over FA once more, and finish a few more block. Can't wait to get this damn thing over with.
