It's clear that many of us have applied to several schools. Unfortunately, every school is on a different page regarding communication (e-mail vs. aadsas vs. snail mail), extension of interview invitations, when the actual interviews will take place, etc...

I know we are all extremely interested in what happens at each of the schools to which we applied, so why not have a master thread for every school where we share what we've heard, what the timing was, and other details about our applications? It can also serve as a resource for people who have individual questions about that school. It seems much more efficient than having threads just asking what people have heard recently, and it eliminates the redundancy of having multiple similar threads about the same schools over and over again. It will make using the forums easier and serve as a better resource for users.

What do you guys think of this?

👍 i like this idea. and then we can link all the individual threads here 🙂

Exactly! And it will save us all a lot of time as we look for specific information on specific schools.

Anyone else care to weigh in?

Hmmm... you want something like this
U of L: replied within week after app was sent... asked to pay fee online.. and then sent out a email within a week saying app was complete and that I will be contacted via email if called for an interview..

Right, and then you update with a new post when you find out about interview, acceptance, etc...This way, school specific discussions are consolidated and it makes tracking each school easier for users.
