What are your thoughts on TTT in evaluating syncope?
At my home institution, most attendings think TTT is a waste, in that it's unpleasant, unlikely to provide additional info, time and resource intensive etc...
Obviously there are some articles advocating it, and some against it. This editorial seemed to summarize its use in transient LOC quite nicely...
Thoughts?
