Time Commitments for EM Positions?

I have heard that one of the societies (ACEP,SAEM?) publishes a list of positions and what percentage of a full time equivalent (FTE) should be devoted to such positions. For example, a Residency Director may be expected to devote 40% of his or her time to being Residency Director, Department Chair takes 50% FTE, and Ultrasound Director takes 25% FTE (I'm making these #'s up, but that's the type of list I'm talking about).

I searched the sites but I could not find anything helpful. Does anyone here know where to find such a list? (I'm looking at you, DocB).
