So I finished and sent in all my secondaries mid-Sept - late-Sept. Most of the schools I have been complete but there are still a few that are missing random things like my LOR (I sent them to AMCAS in July). One is missing my AMCAS application....I was verified 9/2/09.

Does it take this long for them to match everything up? Why does it take so long for AMCAS to give them my application? I think at Albany Medical College they didn't receive it until 10/13!

I'm just wondering if this is normal for everybody or should I be worried and start calling.

Thanks!

i was complete july and have no news from them since. meh

My committee letter came in during the last week of September and it took many schools weeks to download it and finally mark me complete. One school just marked me complete (a 3 week delay). So I wouldn't worry -- many schools seem to have a very slow and inefficent process for matching up documents and marking applications complete.

In fact, I'm taking it as positive news -- since in many cases it took several weeks to be marked complete after late September submission, the schools were clearly still dealing with lots of incoming applications and paperwork. So we're in good company. 🙂

Thanks guys! I think it is the inconsistensy between schools that confused me. Some schools told me I was complete in 2 days, some has taken over 3 weeks.

Good luck!

Still no interview 🙁
