hey all.

I've just started my final year. I'm having a lot of trouble fixing up new study times that will cover the syllabus properly (and its a truck load, we all know). :bang: My problem is that its a two hour commute to medschool, and the by the time I'm home the lazies have hit. So I'm trying to figure out a schedule that makes time for studying and leaves adequate time for a work out.. How do y'all fix up your days? I'd appreciate it if you gave me a rough overview of your daily routine. 😕

sorry, thats a one hour commute and a total of two hours on the road each day.

Are you in clinical or preclinical years? I agree, losing 4 hours a day is going to make time management extraordinarily difficult if you want to study and have time to work out.

Those 4 hours of driving to and from school eat up a lot of your time. I'd move closer if possible.

Wake up every morning, and prioritize your day. Get the big 3/4 things off the list.

Personally, I use calendars, but then again I've got meetings, conference calls, work, etc.

Be absolutely ruthless with your time if you really are feeling a constraint. As the above said, move closer, perhaps wake up an hour later and sleep an hour later.

Sounds more like a motivation problem, not a time management problem.

Suck it up and don't be lazy. Problem solved

I think we'd all get lazy if we drove 4 hours that day.
