Time needed for USMLE 2 and comlex 2 score results

Hi

Does anyone know how long it may take to get USMLE step 2 or comlex step 2 results back.

I just took my USMLE 2. I think I might have actually done better on step 1, at least it feels that way. Pretty anxious. Any advice if I should need to repeat. I did USMLE and read First Aid Step 2. We didn't really have end of rotation exams 3rd year, so that was pretty much the extent of my preparation.
