Time needed to become ECFMG certfied from completion of 2CS

Hello,

I was wondering how long did it take you to get certified by the ECFMG on completion of your last step (ie 2CS).

I am trying to decide when to schedule Step 2CS and as the Match registration opens on the 1st of September I am uncertain whether to book:
- 18th of May.
- 2nd of June (much better for me but I am concerned about not getting the results back in time to certify and submit residency application.

a couple of days - and applications now open on sep 15th not sep 1st.

2nd june will be fine. as long as it is by the end of june you should be fine unless there is a scheduled delay in score reporting.
