What's a good amount of time to study for this thing?

I have about a week..

2nd Q-

Someone told me that you could speed up the lung exam somehow by listening bilaterally but not to all 6 quadrants?

I can't find any reference to this in my CS book so I won't believe him unless I see it somewhere but has anyone heard this?

Probably depends a bit on how you feel about your patient interviewing skills. Most of my classmates and I studied for about 1.5-2 days, using just First Aid. Reading the cases definitely helped, but the first chapter on the patient encounter is probably the most useful just to get a sense of what you need to do/what they are looking for.

Regarding the lung exam, not sure, I definitely only listened to 4 spots posteriorly (superior and inferior of both lung fields) and the apices anteriorly, turned out fine.
